Plug the Emerson microwave into a working power outlet if the microwave is not turning on or operating. Replace or reset the fuse or circuit breaker as needed.

Plug the microwave into a grounded electrical outlet and remove other appliances from the same electrical outlet if the microwave is working but is not cooking food as expected.

    • 3

Clean the glass tray and the roller guide with soapy water and rinse well if the rollers or tray are not rotating as expected during use. Rinse and dry with a towel and replace in the center of the microwave before use. Make sure the roller guide is centered on the tracks in the microwave for proper rotation.
