How Do I Replace an Above-The-Range Microwave?

Above the range microwave ovens are a convenient way to preserve counter space. When the microwave oven was first introduced, the retail models sold for residential use were countertop appliances. This meant having to clear space off a kitchen countertop in an area near an electrical outlet to power the appliance. If you have an above the range microwave that has stopped working, you can replace it yourself.
