My Maytag Microwave Stove Fan Won't Work

Touch the microwave's "Vent Fan" button; the fan should start running if the microwave isn't running. Alternatively, press "Options" or "Setup" and scroll to the "Vent Fan" sub-menu. Here you disable the fan or set it to run for a set period of time. The fan might be switched off if it doesn't run when you start the microwave.

Disconnect the microwave from its power supply and wait approximately five minutes. Plug the appliance back in and try activating the fan a second time.
