Unplug the GE microwave if it will not start and then plug it back into a grounded, 3-prong outlet.
Replace or reset the circuit breaker or fuse if unplugging and plugging the microwave back in does not restore power.
Close the microwave door until it latches, press the desired cooking operation and time and then press "Start" if the control panel is illuminated but the microwave is not starting. Press "Clear/Off" if these steps do not start the microwave and then repeat the cycle selection and press "Start."
Open and shut the door and press "Clear/Off" if "Sensor Error" is displayed. Make a new selection and press "Start."
Release the control panel lock by holding "Clear/Off" for 3 seconds if "Locked" appears in the control panel display.
Add more time to the cooking time and avoid using "Sensor Reheat" if more than a single serving of food is being reheated.
