     Place the unit within 20 feet of a standard garden hose attachment.

     Connect the garden hose to the water adapter on the back of the Wheelie Bin Cleaning Machine.

     Fill the cleaning machine with water until the water reaches the "Max Fill" line.

     Connect the unit to a standard grounded electrical outlet.
