• White distilled vinegar
• Ice cube tray

     Fill up an ice cube tray with white distilled vinegar.

     Place the ice cube tray in your freezer and allow the liquid to fully freeze.

     Drop several cubes down the drain, turn on the disposal and run some cold water. The ice will grind up any debris on the disposal blades and the vinegar will clean and disinfect the unit.
