How to Replace a Bosch Rinse Agent Dispenser Door

A variety of Bosch dishwasher models come equipped with a rinse agent that helps improve the dry cycle’s performance. The rinse agent is attached to the dishwasher’s detergent compartment, but it has its own door. If you need to replace the rinse agent door because it is damaged, or if it has come out and you need to reattach it, you can do so in a minute or two. When you refill your rinse agent, you will have to remove the door completely and then replace it once the refill is complete.

Instructions

    • 1

Open your Bosch dishwasher’s door and lay it flat.

    • 2

Locate the detergent and rinse aid dispensers on the door’s interior side.

    • 3

Grasp the handle of the rinse aid dispenser’s door and push down.

    • 4

Continue to push down on the dispenser door and twist counterclockwise it until it pops up.

    • 5

Lift the door away from the dispenser.

    • 6

Insert the new door into the compartment.

    • 7

Push down on the door and turn it clockwise until it locks into place.
