How to Change the Spray Arm Bearing on a GE Dishwasher

The spray arm on your GE dishwasher may lie flat against the bottom or it may have a horizontal pole that rises during the washing cycle. Inside both spray arms, there is a plastic bearing. Over time, the bearing may crack, which will cause the spray arm to rattle during a wash cycle. You can replace the spray arm’s bearing without having to replace the entire spray arm.
