How to Troubleshoot an LG LDF7810ST

When your LG LDF7810ST model dishwasher experiences problems, a trouble code will often appear on its front panel. For example, the power or wash pump/motor may not turn on. Streaks or white deposits may be left on dishes. Read the error code or diagnose visible signs to resolve the washer's malfunction.

Instructions

    • 1

Verify that the water supply tap is open if the "IE" inlet error message is displayed. Straighten the inlet hose and check that the water coming from the tap is clean.

    • 2

Check the circuit breaker if the machine does not turn on. Replace blown fuses. Contact a certified electrician to check the voltage and wiring in your house if the circuit breaker trips regularly.

    • 3

Close the dishwasher door if the wash pump or motor does not turn. Verify that the latch handle door switch is working correctly.

    • 4

Reduce the amount of rinsing agent if streaks or white deposits are left on dishes.

    • 5

Rearrange utensils if food debris is found after washing. Verify that the spray arm holes are not blocked. Confirm that the right amount of detergent is used.

    • 6

Increase the amount of rinsing agent and raise the "Rinse" temperature if dishes do not dry during the drying cycle.

    • 7

Check that objects are not blocking the Power button if it does not turn off automatically when finished.

    • 8

Straighten the drain hose if the "OE" drain error message is displayed. Contact a certified electrician to verify that the wiring is grounded properly.
