Disconnect power to the LG dishwasher and pull out the bottom rack to access the bottom of the dishwasher.
Remove the spray arm and the spray arm housing. Remove the seven long screws that hold the sump assembly, which is circular in shape. Lift out the filter and mesh assembly.
Look at the impeller, which looks like a fan, for signs of obstruction. Remove any blockages or obstructions from the area.
Replace the filter mesh and assembly before returning the screws, spray arm housing and arm, followed by the bottom rack.
Restore power and try to select a new wash cycle. Push "Start" to begin the wash cycle if no error codes appear.
Disconnect power if the “LE” error returns, which means that there is likely an error with the motor wiring and this requires professional service.
