How to Replace the Access Panel on a Kenmore Dishwasher

Kenmore dishwashers are designed with an access panel below the door on the front of the appliance. You have to remove the panel to gain access to the electric motor or to disconnect the heating element for testing and replacement. Replacing the panel when you are finished testing or repairing the appliance takes only a few minutes. Follow safety precautions when working on high-voltage appliances.
