Removing the F1 Code on a Fisher & Paykel Dish Drawer

Fisher & Paykel dishwasher drawers come in single and double drawer units and offer many different wash and dry cycles, as well as an electronic control panel. Problems with the dish drawer will result in an error code, such as "F1," on the control panel to notify you about the difficulty. An F1 error means that too much water has entered the tub. You must resolve the problem before the dishwasher can resume normal operation.

Instructions

    • 1

Press the key/lock icon keypad to pause the wash cycle and stop the beeping sound.

    • 2

Touch the power keypad to turn the dish drawer off. Wait 30 seconds, then push the power button to restore power.

    • 3

Unplug the dish drawer or reset the circuit breaker or fuse if the F1 error code persists after the initial reset.

    • 4

Restore power to the dish drawer. Turn off the water supply valve to the dish drawer if the F1 error code returns.

    • 5

Select the “Start” button and wait 30 seconds, then push the power button to force the dish drawer to drain out any water from the tub. Repeat as needed until the water is drained from the tub. Restore the water supply.
