How to Install the Circuit Board on a GE Dishwasher

If the controls on the top control panel of your General Electric dishwasher are no longer working, you may have a broken circuit board within the control panel. You can replace and install a new circuit board into the control panel at any time once the entire control panel is fully removed from the dishwasher door. You can purchase a new circuit board for your GE dishwasher from an online retailer by searching for the 8564542 part number.

Disconnect the two wire harnesses from the control panel and remove the wires from the wire clips at the bottom of the control panel.
