# How to Replace the Soap Dish on a GE Quiet Touch Dishwasher

Turn off the electrical power to your GE Quiet Touch dishwasher from your kitchen circuit breaker.

Open the dishwasher and locate the soap dish door at the top center of the main door.

Insert a flathead screwdriver into the back portion of the soap dish door, then press down to pry the door off.

Remove the screws on the soap dish dispenser using a screwdriver, then lift the dispenser out of the door panel.

Disconnect the wire harness from the soap dish dispenser and remove the dish entirely from the door.

Inspect the soap dish dispenser for any damage and replace the part, if necessary.

Connect the new soap dish dispenser part to the wire harness, then place the dispenser into position on the door.

Reinsert the screws into the dispenser and snap the soap dish door back over the dispenser.

Close the dishwasher and turn the electrical power back on from the circuit breaker.
