Repairing the Seal on a GE Profile Dishwasher WD08X10075

Part number WD08X10075 is the lower door seal, also known as the door wiper gasket, installed on many models of General Electric dishwashers. The door wiper gasket ensures that water doesn't leak from under the dishwasher door. Composed of heavy rubber, the lower door seal deteriorates over time, requiring replacement. Rather than hiring a service technician to repair the door seal, replace it yourself to save cash and reduce time spent hand-washing dishes.
