How to Replace the Heating Coil on a Kenmore Dishwasher

The heating coil in your Kenmore dishwasher is located at the bottom of the wash tub. Its purpose is to heat the water in the tub to ensure the sanitation of your dishes during the wash cycle. The heating coil can be damaged if a heavy item is dropped onto it or the coil may fail after regular use. When this happens, you must replace your Kenmore dishwater heating coil to regain proper functionality of your appliance.
