Place a twin window fan in each open window in your living area. This will cause the air to move toward the center of the room.
Place large oscillating floor fans about 3 feet from each window, with 1 (or more) facing upward to the left side of the room and the others to the right.
Place a medium-sized stationary fan on a table at the opposite end of the room that faces toward 1 or both of the windows in your room. Depending on the position of your windows, you could have a triangular setup where the windows are located on adjacent walls and the table fan faces both, or a situation where the windows are on each side of the table fan, with the fan facing just 1 window.
Place 1 more standing fan in the next room or hallway of your home where other living spaces are located to help circulate the air from the living room into the rest of the house.
