How to Replace the Tub Bearing for a Maytag Performa PAV3200AWW

The Maytag Performa PAV3200AWW is a top-loading automatic washing machine manufactured for home use. The tub bearing keeps the washer tub stable and properly aligned when it is spinning or rotating. One possible sign of a bad tub bearing is a banging sound or high-pitched squeal when the washer is running. Replace the defective tub bearing with a new part to restore the Maytag washing machine to proper working condition.
