How to Install an Igniter in a GE Gas Dryer

The igniter in a GE automatic gas dryer produces the spark needed to ignite the flame from the gas supply. If the igniter is broken or defective, the dryer will not produce any heat. Some models will not turn on at all. Remove the faulty igniter and install a new part in its place to restore your dryer to proper working condition.
