Sand the surface around the crack with 220-grit sandpaper to scuff the surface of the plastic. Wipe the surface clean with mineral spirits and a clean rag. This will remove dust and oil.
Mix the epoxy and then wipe a thin layer on the surface to cover the crack with a small epoxy spreader with a flat edge. This will help you get the epoxy into the crack where it belongs. Allow 24 hours for drying.
Sand the surface of the epoxy with 800-grit sandpaper until the epoxy rests flush with the surface of the plastic enclosure.
Paint the epoxy with black touch-up paint so it matches the color of the box. This is an aesthetic step and does not protect the equipment. You can opt not to do this if you so choose.
