How to Change a Rear Bearing on a Hotpoint Dryer

Hotpoint dryers are manufactured by General Electric. They are produced in a wide range of both electric and gas models. The drum inside the dryer must be kept stable while it is rotating in order to run properly. A worn out or broken rear bearing prevents the drum from staying in the correct position, and it may lead to a high-pitched noise while the unit is running. Change the faulty bearing with a new part to keep your Hotpoint dryer running efficiently.
