How to Change a Belt on a Vintage Kenmore Sewing Machine

Kenmore sewing machines have been a staple of textile mills and homes across the nation since the 1930s. If you have an old Kenmore sewing machine that doesn't work, you probably need to change the belt. The belt is responsible for moving the hand wheel. The hand wheel moves the needle through the clothing. You don’t have to be a Kenmore historian to change the belt on your machine. You can do it yourself with little hassle.
