How to Check Your Drive Motor in a Whirlpool Duet Sport Dryer

The Whirlpool Duet Sport is a front-loading automatic dryer that is equipped with a drive motor that powers the drum. The motor connects to a pair of pulleys and a belt that wraps around the drum. If the dryer drum is not rotating during a dry cycle, the motor may be faulty. Check the drive motor to help determine the cause of the issue as part of the troubleshooting process.
