How to Remove the Top & Sides of a Hotpoint Dryer

Hotpoint dryers are manufactured by the GE company in both gas and electric models. When repairs or part replacement procedures need to be performed, part of the dryer cabinet must be removed. With the top and side panels removed, parts such as the drum, belt, pulleys and motor can be accessed. Each of the panels can be replaced after the needed repair or service has been completed.
