Check whether the open-door switch is triggered if the motor does not start. Also check if the fuse blew or the breaker was tripped. If the motor rocks but won't start, check that the mount is tight and the blower wheel (fan) sits firm on its shaft. Call a repair technician if any of these issues exist.
Visually check for obvious moisture present in the motor control module if the motor operates but runs erratically. Also verify that all the pins in the wiring harness are completely secure. You can find the wiring harness running from the motor to the integrated control board. If the motor makes unusual noises at high speeds, the air filter may be dirty.
Check for a dirty air filter if the motor is excessively noisy. Restricted ductwork can also cause this issue, so check the ductwork for obstructions or pinching. If the blower cabinet is making noise, ensure the blower housing panels are completely secured.
