How to Replace the Door Latch on a Whirlpool Cabrio Dryer

The door latch in a Whirlpool Cabrio automatic dryer keeps the door securely closed when the dryer is running. The door strike on the door frame snaps tightly into the door latch. If the door latch breaks or otherwise fails, the dryer will sense that the door is not fully closed, preventing it from running. Replace the broken door catch with a new replacement part to restore proper working condition to your Whirlpool Cabrio dryer.
