How to Replace the Thermal Fuse on an Amana Gas Dryer

The thermal fuse in an Amana gas dryer is designed to prevent the temperature from rising to an unsafe level. If there is a high temperature condition, the thermal fuse disconnects the current flow to the burner assembly. If the thermal fuse is damaged or defective, the Amana dryer will not produce heat. Replace the faulty thermal fuse to restore your Amana gas dryer to proper working condition.
