How to Install a Drive Belt on a GE Washing Machine

The drive belt on a GE washing machine connects the tub drive pulley to the motor shaft. As the motor runs, the belt pulls the pulley to power the movement of the washtub. When a drive belt breaks, the washer can no longer function. Remove the defective belt and install a new one in its place to repair your GE washing machine and return it to working order.
