Installing the Ignition in a Magic Chef CGR3765ADC Oven

The Magic Chef CGR3765ADC is a freestanding gas oven range manufactured for home use. The ignition system creates a flame at the end of the gas supply line. Unlike a pilot light, the igniter comes on only when needed rather than staying on all the time. If the ignition no longer functions, the oven will not produce any heat. The interior area of the oven must be accessed to install a new igniter when the old part breaks or malfunctions.
