How to Fix a Tumbler Bearing on a Maytag Dryer

The tumbler drum in a Maytag automatic dryer rotates continuously when a dry cycle is running. The bearing at the back of the tumbler drum keeps it stable and properly positioned. If the tumbler bearing breaks or fails, the drum may not tumble smoothly or may cease to rotate at all. Replace the broken tumbler bearing with a new part to keep the Maytag dryer working correctly.
