How to Troubleshoot a GE 2-9450 Intercom That Will Not Go Off

The General Electric 2-9450 is a multi-line business phone that features an intercom for a hands-free conversation while on a call, but it may experience a problem when switching from intercom back to the handset. Problems with your current intercom station can result in errors when using the feature, and that requires troubleshooting your line's connections to restore use of the intercom. Further troubleshooting is available by contacting GE customer service, and it may require replacement of the phone.
