How to Get the Plastic Top Snug Around a Washing Machine Tub

A tub fitting is the plastic or rubber part that goes over the top of your washing machine’s tub and keeps it from leaking water all over your floor from the top of the tub. If the fitting is loose, you need to fix it so it's snug over the washer’s tub. The tub fitting can come loose after doing repairs to your washing machine and not installing the fitting properly. Once the washing machine fitting is tightened, you can do laundry without fear of a watery mess.
