How to Replace Gas Coils on a Kenmore Dryer

Kenmore gas dryers are manufactured in a wide range of models, each with a distinct set of features and cycle options. Each model is equipped with a set of gas coils, or solenoids, that control the gas valve to regulate the flow of gas. If the coils are defective or damaged, the dryer will not produce heat. Replace the faulty gas coils with new parts to restore your Kenmore gas dryer to working condition.
