Instructions

    • 1

Inspect the cord leading from your Ecoquest purifier to ensure that it is inserted into the power outlet properly. This may be the reason why the Purifier does not switch on.

    • 2

Change the level of the operation of the fan if the fan is working properly but the operating plate is posing a problem. Turn the level up to "High" if it is set on "Normal." If the machine notifies you to replace the plate, inspect the plate for any damage, or buy a new plate if damage is evident.

    • 3

Detach the machine from the power outlet, and ensure that all of the parts are securely in place. Ensure that the stainless-steel parts are not in physical contact with the plate's screen.

    • 4

Check to see if the plate is making creaking sounds, is sending off electrical currents or sparks or is giving off odd smells. These are signs of a damaged plate.

    • 5

Place all objects that may block proper air ventilation at a distance from the Ecoquest. Ensure that all parts and components, especially the screen, grills and covers are, spotless and are not causing air obstruction.

    • 6

Extract the plate from the machine, and spray it with a bit of denatured alcohol. Use a soft brush to properly clean the plate and brush off any debris without causing scratches to the plate. This will enable you to remove the toughest and greasiest stains and substances from the plate. Let the plate soak in the substance for 10 minutes, and use a blow-dryer to dry it off.
