Plug the air purifier's cord in securely if the indication light doesn't turn on. Press the "On/Off" button to verify the unit is turned on. Press on the main door to close it securely.
Turn off the air purifier and allow it to rest for a while to cool down if it shuts down during operation; it may have overheated. Plug it in again after its resting time to see if it operates normally.
Turn off the unit and unplug the power cord to clean the ionizing wires if the red clean light comes on and the unit shuts down. Lift the lever on the wire cleaning mechanism, located on the top of the air purifier. Pull the lever up and down to clean the wires. Clean the wires every two weeks for routine maintenance and to prevent problems.
Pull up on the release latch on the collection blade unit if the air purifier starts to sound loud. The collection blades are possibly not installed properly. Pull out the collection blades and reinstall.
Wipe the blades with a soft cloth dampened with warm, soapy water if the blades appear dirty or if the noise continues even after properly installing the blades. Rinse the blades and allow them to dry for 24 hours before installing them in the air purifier.
