While the Frigidaire FDL50S1 may suck in harmful air that can cause health problems, it may fail to operate properly if it isn't set up and maintained well. This 50-pint dehumidifier sucks humidity that may cause molds and other harmful spores. When your dehumidifier runs, frost appears on the coils because refrigerant is rushing through them. While this is a normal occurrence, it may be necessary to inspect and troubleshoot your device if the frost doesn't disappear within a set time.
