How to Use the Hunter Quietflo Air Purifier Model 30245

The Hunter QuietFlo is a HEPA air purifier designed to remove particles and eliminate odors from rooms as large as 403 square feet. The QuietFlo works by cycling the room's air (as many as six times an hour) through the activated carbon and HEPA filters inside the device, expelling clean air out the top of the device. The Hunter QuietFlo is very simple to use; preparing it for operation is the most time consuming element.

  Locate the tabs on either side of the purifier. Insert your fingers into the tabs and pull the front grill off of the device.

  Insert the HEPA filter into the filter opening on the front of the device. Apply pressure to each corner of the filter to ensure that it is properly seated.

  Examine the back side of the front grill and confirm that the pre-filter is covering all the vents. Replace the front grill onto the device; insert the bottom of the grill first, then push the top into place.

  Plug the air purifier into an electrical outlet and press the button labeled with an arrow pointing up (located on top of the device).

  Use the arrow buttons to adjust the device's blower to the desired speed.
