How to Reset a Digital Holmes Humidifier

Whether to prevent dry skin or wood, improve conditions for tropical plants, or make breathing more comfortable for sick children, a humidifier will add a level of moisture to the air in your home. The air coming from the Holmes digital humidifier ranges from between 60 and 80 degrees F. The digital display shows the current temperature. You can turn the system off to reset the humidifier.

     Press the "Mode" button on the front of the humidifier.

     Hold the "Mode" button for two seconds, or until the system shuts down.

     Push "Mode" to turn the system back on. You have now reset your digital Holmes humidifier.
