Why Does a Frigidaire Window Unit Air Conditioner Make a Beeping Noise While Running?

Cause

• The remote control connects to the air conditioner to send signals for adjusting your air conditioner's settings. It causes the air conditioner to beep when it receives a signal from the remote to indicate the signal was successfully received during the remote sensing feature. The air conditioner beeps briefly if it does not receive any commands after three minutes from the last signal.
