How to Charge a R-410A System

R-410A is a type of refrigerant used in air conditioners. It is an ideal refrigerant because it does not contribute to ozone depletion. Before you can use this refrigerant, you need to transfer it to the air conditioner. This process is called "charging." Correct charging is important because too much or too little refrigerant in your air conditioner can damage the unit. It is recommended you use a refrigerant scale and charging module to do the job.
