Put the evaporator on the outside of your house. Use a drill to drill pilot holes into the air conditioner deck. Secure the evaporator unit to the air conditioner deck with the included bolts using a wrench.
Drill a hole into the wall that leads to the evaporation unit using a 3-inch bit.
Insert the air output hose into the hole on the evaporator unit. Tape the end of the output hose with Teflon tape to secure the connection to the wall. Connect your electrical cable to your air output hose.
Push the hose and the electrical cable through the hole and into your house. Connect the hose to the air input in your inside unit. Tape the end of the connection to your inside unit so the hose is secure.
Connect another hose to the condenser hole on the back of the inside unit, located on the bottom right side of the unit. Tape the end of the house so it’s secure in the condenser hole. Push the hose through the hole in your wall so it hangs on the outside of the wall. When the moisture exits the air conditioner, it will drain through this hose.
Use an electric stud finder to find the studs in your home. Drill pilot holes into the studs, then line up the holes from your wall anchors to the pilot holes. Drill the anchors into the wall, and install the screws provided with the system. Place the unit on the wall, and plug it into a wall outlet. Turn on the wall unit.
