How Can I Store the Freon in the Outside Condenser?

The condenser on your outside air conditioning unit is used to condense the Freon and humidity inside the unit so it emits cool air. If you have a leak in your AC unit and you’re looking for a quick fix, you can recharge the unit before you call a technician to plug the leak. Once charged, the condenser will store the Freon for use. You don’t have to be an AC technician to charge your unit. You can do it yourself.
