Get six furniture grade PVC pipes in the same size and four three-way connectors.

Make the table top. Attach four of the pipes together with the connectors, with the open sides facing downward.

Cut a sheet of plywood into a square about 6 inches larger on each side than the PVC tabletop. Position the tabletop centered on top of the PVC frame.

Apply glue to the connection between the table and the pipe. Use a small stick to push the glue into the connection and smooth it down. Leave the table to dry.
