Liven up an old tabletop with some photo decoupage. Decoupage is the process of gluing paper to a surface using a clear decoupage solution, which goes on like a lacquer. You can also paint or add effects to the photos, giving them an old-timey or unique look. Decoupage is simple and you can get all the needed supplies at a craft shop. It can take a little time, so set aside a Saturday afternoon for your table project.
