  Add one part cinnamon oil to one part water in a spray bottle. Shake the bottle to combine the solution. Spray areas were mosquito larvae are more likely to be such as dark, damp surroundings.

  Remove the outer layer of five garlic bulbs. Put the garlic in a blender with 3 cups of water. Blend on medium speed, then strain it to separate the liquid from the garlic residue.   Mix 3 tsp. of dish-washing detergent with 1 gallon of water. Spray the solution on plants or other affected areas where larvae is suspected to be. The soap gradually dries out the mosquito larvae until they are destroyed.
