How to Remove a John Deere 240 Skid Steer Cab

The Deere 240 is a front-end loader, or skid steer, manufactured by John Deere. The Deere 240, which was first produced in 2001, features a 51-horsepower, three-cylinder engine. The skid steer is 75 inches in height, 102 inches long and 64 inches wide and also features a completely closed-in cab. The cab on the Deere 240 is removable so other areas can be accessed for repair or maintenance. Removing the cab from the base requires the help of several assistants.
