How to Customize a John Deere 530 Round Baler With a Bale Kicker

Hay bales do not just naturally appear in those shapely and symmetrical square or round bales that can be seen on country drives. The bales are made by a farm machine known as a "baler." The John Deere 430 is a round baler that scoops up loose hay and binds it up into the tight bales we all know by sight. The kicker is a mechanism that pushes, or "kicks" the tied bales from a hatch at the rear of the baler. If the kicker ever stops functioning and needs replacement, or if the owner simply wants a new one, an aftermarket kicker can be installed.
