How to Change a Chainsaw Bar Nose

Chainsaws are powerful cutting tools equipped with several necessary safety features. The bar nose guard safety feature is installed for anti-kickback. If a chainsaw is used without a bar nose guard installed and the tip of the blade catches a hard knot in the wood, it can kick the blade back toward the operator.
