Turn the pop-up center of the sprinkler to the far right, and then back to the far left to locate the left-fixed edge of the spray arc with the sprinkler turned off.
Turn the arc dial on top of the sprinkler to the desired angle you want the sprinkler to water, using the flat-head screwdriver. Turning the dial clockwise widens the arc width, while counterclockwise narrows the arc width.
Turn on the sprinkler to verify it is covering the desired width. If not, adjust the dial.
Turn the screw in the edge of the pop-up center to adjust the sprinkler spray distance. A clockwise turn shortens the distance and a counterclockwise turn lengthens it.
Pull the trigger pin down on the back of the sprinkler head between the tabs on the plastic or metal adjustment collars on the stem of the sprinkler, with the sprinkler turned off. The tabs trip the direction trigger as the sprinkler turns to reverse the direction.
Push the adjustment collars around the lower stem to trip the trigger at the far left and far right of the spray arc. Push the collar tabs apart to widen the width of the arc and closer together to narrow the width.
Turn on the sprinkler to verify it is covering the desired width properly. If not, adjust the collars.
Adjust the screw or control dial for the diffuser on the top of the sprinkler head to control the distance the water sprays.
