• The PB-650 power blower features a one-cylinder, two-stroke engine. This engine runs on gasoline and is air-cooled. The engine displacements is 3.86 cubic inches, and the bore cylinder diameter is 1.89 inches. The engine stroke is 1.38 inches. The blower is 14.76 inches long by 19.1 inches wide by 20.75 inches high, and the machine weighs 23 lbs. The maximum blower air speed is 210 mph, and the maximum air volume is 1,200 cubic feet per minute. The idle speed is between 2,350 and 2,850 rpm, and the wide open throttle speed is between 6,800 and 7,300 rpm.

Fuel

• The fuel tank holds up to 70 oz. of gasoline, and the blower only uses a mix of 89 octane unleaded gasoline and two-stroke oil. You can use fuels that have more than 15 percent methyl tert-butyl ether or over 10 percent of ethyl alcohol. Never use fuel with methyl alcohol. The engine uses 50-to-1 fuel to oil ratio of Echo High Performance engine oil for air-cooled, two-stroke engines. If you don't use the correct oil, then you will void your warranty.

This blower complies with Environmental Protection Agency Phase II regulations. This blower comes with an air cleaner with a replaceable air filter, which helps keep debris from entering your blower. It also has a shoulder harness with adjustable straps for additional comfort and control.

Operation

• Always wear goggles, ear protection, and gloves when operating this machine. Always check the tank, carburetor, and fuel lines for blockages and leaks before turning on the blower. Keep the exhaust clear of debris. You can use the choke to stop the blower in case of an emergency. The primer bulb brings fresh air into the carburetor to prime it. You must pump the primer bulb until you see fuel in the fuel tank return line. If you plan on storing your blower for more than 90 days, then clean out the blower, and remove all the fuel from the fuel tank.
